Vivania Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Vivania is an AI weight-loss coaching product, currently operated through WhatsApp. The legal entity and tax registration are being set up (for now the product runs under the founder's business structure). As soon as Vivania's own entity is opened, this document will be updated with the full details.

2. What Vivania does

You send a photo of your plate through WhatsApp and get an estimate of calories and macronutrients in seconds, plus daily and weekly tracking of your progress. The public calculator on this site also estimates your calorie expenditure and a calorie goal based on the data you enter.

3. What Vivania does not do

Vivania does not replace a dietitian, doctor, or physical trainer. Nothing Vivi (our AI) says is a diet prescription, a workout prescription, or medical guidance. The calorie and macro estimates are approximations based on nutritional databases, not lab measurements. If you are on GLP-1 treatment or any other medication, what Vivania shows about it is informational. Decisions about dose and use are always between you and your doctor.

4. Your account and your data

Your Vivania profile is tied to the phone number you use on WhatsApp (or to your email, once app login is available). You can request full deletion of your data at any time, directly through WhatsApp, with the command "delete my data". Details on how we handle your data are in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscription and billing

Some Vivania features are paid. The current prices for each plan appear in the pricing section of this site, always in the market and currency for your region. Subscribers who already have an active recurring charge do not have their price changed automatically when prices change. Price changes apply to whoever subscribes from then on.

6. Acceptable use

We ask that you not use Vivania to send abusive content, try to extract other users' data, or automate photo sending beyond normal personal use of the product. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update this document as the product evolves. Relevant changes are announced through WhatsApp itself for existing users.

Vivania educates, encourages, and supports. It does not replace a doctor, nutritionist, or personal trainer. All meal analysis is an estimation. Content regarding GLP-1 medications is informational, and the decision to use it is yours, along with your prescriber.
