Vivania Privacy Policy

Your health and nutrition data are sensitive data. We treat them with that weight, not as a technical detail.

1. What data we collect

Phone number (or email, once app login is available), the photos of the plates you send, your declared weight, height, age, and goal, and the history of meals and messages exchanged with Vivi.

2. Why we collect each one

The phone number identifies your account. The photos are what Vivi analyzes to calculate calories and macros. Weight, height, age, and goal feed the calculation of your calorie target. The history is what enables the daily and weekly summaries.

3. How long we keep them

Photos are kept for a period between 30 and 90 days and then deleted automatically. The history of calculated meals (calories, macros, date) is kept for as long as your account exists, so you can see your progress.

4. Where your data lives

Vivania's servers run outside Brazil. That counts as an international data transfer under the LGPD, and we handle the safeguards required by article 33 of the law: contracts with infrastructure providers that guarantee the same level of protection Brazilian law requires.

5. Who we share with

We share data with the providers that process image analysis (artificial intelligence services) and with the payment processor, only to the extent needed for each to do their part. We do not sell data to third parties.

6. Your rights

You can request at any time, through WhatsApp itself: a copy of your data, correction of wrong information, or full deletion of your account (command "delete my data"). Deletion removes your profile, your photos, and your history from our database.

7. Security

Your data travels and is stored encrypted. Access to the database is restricted to Vivania's internal network, with no direct exposure to the internet.

8. Minors

Vivania is not intended for anyone under 18.
