TRACKING

Feedback when you take action. Silence the rest of the time.

Each recorded meal comes back with a snapshot of your day: how much came in, how much you have left to reach your goal, and the next step. Want a summary? Just request one. Vivi doesn’t message out of the blue.

Trends matter more than the shock of the scale

A single day's weight can be misleading. Vivi looks at the weekly average and shows you the direction, which determines the outcome.

Advice you can follow

No 40-item plan. When the day goes off track, it suggests a small adjustment for the next day, sized to fit your routine.

With a well-defined limit

Vivi doesn’t prescribe diets, medications, or workouts. If the goal you request is too aggressive, it declines and explains why. To go further, it suggests talking to a professional.

Small choices. Big difference.

Common questions

How is this different from a calorie counter?
Counting is where it starts. Vivi reads your day and answers about it: whether protein came up short, whether the weekend is undoing the week, whether your weight stalled while your lifts kept going up. The number on its own you already had.
Does Vivi nag?
She replies when you log something. The evening message only goes out if you turn it on, and the daily summary shows up when you ask for it.
Do you write my diet?
No. The app sets targets, suggests recipes that fit them, and shows what you actually ate. A clinical diet is a prescription, and prescribing belongs to a dietitian or doctor. If you have one, you can link your account and the target they prescribe overrides the automatic calculation.
